Let's be fair. He has no control on what new management does when they take over the company after the reverse merger. The problem is not the Reverse Merger itself - it is the decline in shareholder value after the reverse split. Due to this pattern which intensified in 2021 traders are keeping less of a core position and a larger trade position (if doing position trades) or treating them as quarterly or weekly flipper material (full trade position). If you do not get in before the first leg is established then there is greater risk your core position may not materialize in major gains as it was the case in prior plays - in other words, the major wave may never come and it would be just a leg 2 or leg 3 up in PPS with a max of 300-400% from pre first leg so may be 100% or less from first leg on hopes it shoots up with a lot of risk and quiet time between material events (bid pressure) making them more volatile as in the past. Again this is my opinion from observing his plays for like 3 years now.
